"McCain, a staunch foreign policy hawk, said Thursday that Paul's warnings that the U.S. could target "Jane Fonda" or "people in cafes" bring the debate into the "realm of the ridiculous."
"If Mr. Paul wants to be taken seriously he needs to do more than pull political stunts that fire up impressionable libertarian kids," McCain said, adding: "I don't think what happened yesterday is helpful to the American people."

My opinion? I think John McCain is an opportunistic insider in DC who will say anything to get the spotlight on himself - OR he could be suffering from Alzheimer's or stroke - or maybe he us as narcissistic as our dear leader, Obama, and will say or do ANYTHING to get into print. It's possible John McCain doesn't really believe in liberty. I live in AZ, and I don't v**e for him because I trust him not one whit.

I'm not a Ron or Rand Paul fan, but what Rand Paul did was EXACTLY what needed doing, and the Republican Party's thick elephant hides seem to be ready for extinction.....I say that because those with any brains would have been beside Paul, showing FULL support.

The Dems haven't been on America's side for over 50 years, and now it seems the Republicans have joined them in the systematic destruction of all that is good about America.

Screw them all!!!

It is pretty obvious that individual rights are under attack. Wasn't there a case in which an American teenager was k**led by a drone? I think we should adhere to the Constitution.

it's sad when elected office holders no longer have the respect for the documents that this nation is founded on and they swore to up hold and where willing to die for when they served in the military, its a shame that they changed into what they are today!

Years ago, after a terrible train wreck in the South( Mississippi, Alabama . . somewhere near there ), there was an 'open' mic at the Senate table, catching one Senator saying how there needs to be more tragedies like this to take the minds of US citizens off us - so we can run this country! Congress rules. That's there attitude! "We'll tell you how to live." They no longer respect US citizens; believe OR uphold the entire Constitution/Bill of Rights. We are only 'bodies' for their making laws and doing as they please. They have completely forgotten that WE are their employer!

Exactly! "You never let a serious crisis go to waste. And what I mean by that it's an opportunity to do things you think you could not do before." frequently quoted by
Rahm Emanuel, Obama's buddy and fellow unindicted Chicago criminal.

McCain And Graham are both a disgrace! They are only allowing themselves to be set up by Barry, to lose their seat to a Lib!

Proud to see Rand Paul stand up for the people!

What is scarier then all of this is that the people are completely ignorant of what is going on. I see this in all kinds of people. My own family don't want to be bothered by this information. They shrug their shoulders with the reply "They are all crooks". In fact the good guys don't have much of a chance. Romney was a good fit for America but he was not conservative enough. He was a mean old rich guy. He was a Mormon. He had actually worked with Democrats. The point is this. He got clobbered because the only thing he really didn't do was fight dirty. He was beaten by fellow Republicans not showing up. He was beaten by a lying media that literally lied to the masses about his taxes, his attitude toward women and of course his riches. Yet, the people were ok with a complete failure, a man who is in bed with muslims and dictators. A man who gave nothing to charity before office and a man who has a very questionable past. But, Obama owned the media, and owned all of Hollywood.

Comments about Obama using drones from FJ Fleming:

I’m sure Obama will be as responsible with his drones as he is with our nation’s finances.

Come on! They say Obama is unlikely to blow you up! What do you want? A guarantee he won’t? You’re unreasonable.

Obama will solve this controversy by writing the Miranda Rights on the tip of hellfire missiles.
