Stand down order at DC shooting? Wow

Probably this blogger is just making all this up although we do know that it has happened before and I think from the same person. The BBC says the order was given to that SWAT team.

I am sure that this was made up. The shotgun had a personalization on it. So, it could not have been taken from a guard. And, my sources tells me that SWAT had orders to remain outside the post. MPs took the lead and their sharp shooters are the ones who put him down. Of course, my source has at times embellished his emails to me, so I take it with a grain of salt. But, the info about the sawed off shotgun is directly from park police and DC cops.

I guess I didn't read the words about him taking the gun from someone else on the BBC thing. I may have done it a bit fast but so much has changed since that fateful day that I have to wonder.
