According to the Washington Times, some 2,837 i*****l a***ns convicted of sexual offenses were recently cut loose from American jails to comply with a Supreme Court order that states immigrants cannot be held if their home countries refuse to take them back.
That was just a small percentage of the 59,347 released from jail as of September, 2012, due to the court order.
I should think that it would be much cheaper to just put parachutes on their butts and drop them back into their original countries. And if they were caught here again, then drop them without the benefit of a parachute. I believe a few of these drops and we would be rid of i*****l a***ns.

The Supreme Court has overstepped the boundaries they were never meant to have. Our Founding Fathers set up a system of checks & balances to prohibit these atrocities the Supreme Court is taking. They were to interpret law NOT make it! If our Congress & Senate would do their jobs we wouldn't have these atrocities.

You are correct. We can fix this problem with term limits in all three branches of the Gov't.
