I am new to this. I was wondering what you thought about the Naval Yard Attack! Was it a Terrorist Attack!

Oh no, not liberal at all. Like fundementalist Islam, the teabag party is the fundementalist faction of the republicn party. Loud, obnoxious, religious mania, lack of foresight and common sense.
first you blame it on the republicans then you list all those liberal qualities tea-bagger sounds more like something a liberal would do or be

would you prefer sheet-head?
That is a pretty good alternative. It might even be politically correct!

I don't trip on a lot what people say. I watch the news when I want a laugh sometimes. They are so played, and they think they are the ones playing.
I hope that we get to have a discussion or two together. Does that sound corny or what? HA! HA! HA! What a line!
Terry, here is a link to a description of paranoid schizophrenia. Have you ever met and talked at length to one? It is quite amazing. They appear perfectly normal but what comes out of their mouths has very little relationship to reality. The shooter was a totally involved P-S imo.

I read half way down the page and every thing I read describes democrats
Haha! Perhaps therein lies your problem Alex. :^) P-S can manifest in many forms.

ginnyt! Yes, I have had more than one conversation with a shizo. Matter fact, I was at WMCC when the Librarian disappeared. She never came back to work. It was only after the barrels were found on the farm that her remains as well as other bodies, were found. The guy was her clerk in the Library. He fooled a lot of people there, but I noticed something in his eyes that showed he was not what he present to the public.
I would like to get a newer picture to look at his eyes. The pictures that they keep showing of him, his eyes DO NOT SHOW THIS trait!
Also, his place had been ramsacked. Now, I am not saying who done this because I was not there. I just know when it comes time for who I am talking about to leave, they leave their trademark mess.
Thank you again ginnyt.

Terri, I think that you misdirected your comments.
I too believe that the eyes tell the condition of the mental states of people. That is one of the reasons that you are instructed to look people directly in the eye when speaking, first you can see the mental state (people who are suffering from many mental illness have a distinct look), secondly you can tell if a person is understanding your words, and lastly a person who is not being t***hful can not meet (normally) the gaze of another to whom they are lying.

I agree with you on this, even though at times I get tired of looking in the direction of a person's face.
Like the clerk for the Librarian. The only time I talked to him I was jumping his ass for being such an i***t then he thought he was being smart.
BUT, he would look at you face to face, unless someone walked by or got his attention during a conversation.
Not to correct you, but I have a Y in my Terry, not an I. No big deal. I just thought I would clear it up. HA! HA! HA!

I am so sorry for misspelling your name. I did not mean disrespect.
Strictly my opinion, but no. This was a random act by an obviously VERY disturbed guy off his meds and in desperate need of counseling.
That's no comfort to those who have lost family and friends, but it's a sad reality.
Does this speak to some of the other strings about governmental cost reductions? I believe so. We just don't have the luxury to ignore mental illness issues. Only by proper intervention, counseling, medications, and constant monitoring could this have been prevented.
This also speaks to the 'gun control' issue. How does a guy with a demonstrated mental illness be allowed to purchase a firearm??? I don't get that. Does anyone get it????
