Sitting in an office this afternoon, happened to catch part of the segment that featured the chronic liar and mis-informer karl rove. Claiming that IBM is kicking retirees out of their healthplan, yet the liar neglected to say that IBM is paying for those same retirees to enroll in a insurance exchange, tht actually provide better benefits.
Disagreement is fine, lying is not

Sorry to say but your source is spinning the t***h, I read that article three weeksago or so and FOX had that IBM was moving retired and reimbursing the costs.

Fox is the only outlet not covering for Obama, with the exception of Slobbering Shepard. Their straight news reporting is the only objective source.

BoClown, is there a chance that one of those retirees wrote this so great order for IBM employees some time ago? I bet one of them did and he sure would like the exchange, depending on what state he lives in.

I don't know how they wrote this with a straight face. This was a real
memo sent out by a computer company (IBM) to its employees in all
seriousness. It went to all field engineers regarding a computer
peripheral problem. The author of this memo was quite genuine. The
engineers
rolled on the floor! Especially note the last couple of sentences:

If a mouse fails to operate or should it perform erratically, it may need
a ball replacement. Mouse balls are now available as FRAU (Field
Replacement Units).
Because of the delicate nature of this procedure, replacement of mouse
balls should only be attempted by properly trained personnel. Before
proceeding,
determine the type of mouse balls by examining the underside of the
mouse. Domestic balls will be larger and harder than foreign balls. Ball
removal
procedures differ depending upon the manufacturer of the mouse. Domestic
balls are replaced by using the twist off method. Foreign balls can be
replaced using the pop off method. Mouse balls are not usually static
sensitive; however, excessive handling can result in sudden discharge. Upon
completion of ball replacement, the mouse must be used immediately. It
is recommended that each person have a pair of spare balls for maintaining
optimum customer satisfaction. Any customer missing his balls should
contact the local personnel in charge of removing and replacing these
necessary items.
Please keep in mind that a customer without properly working balls is an
unhappy customer.

What you don't seem to understand about the exchanges and Obamacare in general is that the care is not better, it is less comprehensive and it does not allow you to keep your own doctor. You also will be subject to a gov't representative (Death panel) that you Obama/liberal defenders refuse to admit exist. The whole concept of savings under Obamacare is based on gov't selected care. Look deeper into the formulas they will use and it is actually a "spread the wealth" scheme leaning heavily in minority's favor.

Quite correct, less coverage for more money but it's for the democratic cause.

BTW, what do you call it when a company forces their employees to go to another health provider?

No embarrassment there, typical democratic move, throw it against the wall and and see if something doesn't stick.

My son checked into the exchange here in Oregon and they told him he has to have coverage for s*x c****e, not optional. Since he does not anticipate becoming a woman anytime soon, can this be somewhat of an over reach?

Well, you never know when you might need it. The Obama administration has decided that, in order to better understand the gay lifestyle, we are all going to have s*x c****e operations.
