This shooter was mentally ill and because of that he went un-noticed in DC. Crazy runs deep, I know for I spent three years there and, thank God, I got out before I crossed over....just don't ask my wife about that. Living and working in DC is like having a constant presence in the basement of an outhouse. Now, if you live in DC and disagree then you are part of the problem.
