After I posted my thread on 9/11, I noticed the other one calling a remembrance a "pity party." I immediately wondered which would garner greater attention, but my bet was on the angry one.
There is an overlap of responders in the two. What does it mean, however, that the angry one doubles in posts? Nothing. Just a curiosity as I see it.

It means, for one thing, that people are more likely to respond to a post that is egregiously insulting even for InYourFace. Anger blinds people. I haven't even read your post yet, but I read his drivel. See? I'm still doing it. What was the name of your post?

The point being 99% of the posters here knew or believed your post would be one of respect. 99% knew IYF was not going to be. The angry one receives double the posts to defend against his continuing denigrating, egregious , perfidious, venal, tripe. As you well know, I could have tripled the adjectives.

IYF gives many a place to vent, and to stand up for what they feel is right. I've swung my bat at IYF a time or two already.

I do not know or care about how anyone else may feel , but Commemoration of 9/11 to Americans ,should be the same as Commemoration of Pearl Harbor .
Anyone using the term " pity party " turns my stomach as well it should for any American .
