Is there real justice in American courts? I think not.my many examples
first i was injured leaving work on a bicycle running over a gaurd crawling in the middle of an unlit street in a black uniform with no safty equip result i got locked into workers comp tore my right shoulder off never got it fixed and got a 6600 $ settlement lost my 24 yr career my cycling career everything even though it was the gaurds gross negligence under workers comp law i can not sue my employer or the gaurd this is unconstitutional
second when my mom lay dying of cancer my sister filled out papers for my land horses and had my mom sign them under the influence of morphine then took me to court in court i was not allowed to provide criminal records hospital recordsor to even challenge testimony my sister gaveunder oath so i lost everything
thirdly my father was laid off from his govt.job along with many others who trurned 40 so the govt would not have to pay thier pensions he joined a joint lawsuit won the case and 45 yrs latter has not recieved one dime from our govt Is this justice in america?

I tore my right shoulderac tendon off and never got it fixed. I got a 6600 $ settlement , but lost my 24 yr career, my cycling career , and everything else even though it was the guard's gross negligence. june 26 2013 a woman came to my propertyand stole 2 dogs out of my dog kennels and turned 2 others lose to run around .
The next day when i ot home from work a woman came to my house claimed to be investigating a dog abuse claim. She said she had complaint about me having a dog in my home in 120 Degree heat and no air conditioning. She never showed me any id. My a/c unit is clearly visible from the front of my home . I told her i have 2 fans inside . she demanded i let her in but with no id isaid no. She then asked how often i fed my dogs. I told her twice a day and she called me a liar. Outraged i told her to leave never thinking she stole the dogs.
The next day the animal control and sherrif came to my house. the woman filed charges against me saying i was fighting dogs and abusing them. When they finished their investigation it was found that no foundation for the charges. Case was closed . I got a copy of the complaint with the womans name and address on it.When i reverse engineered the phone # and address, it trurned out to be a vacant lot. the phone belonged to a different name . the womans name had 30 matches to it , none fitting her discription. i went to animal humaine to see if she turned the dogs in there. they recognized the womans name and told me they suspected her of stealing dogs too.
Well i took this info to the sheriff's dept. and they would do nothing with it. It seems you can file bgus charges against someone and they will beat it down to your place and harrass you but when they steal your property they file a report but do nothing
the point oof all this is fi you expect the govt , (state, federal ,or local ) to do their jobs your crazy If you thinkthe courts give out justice you are fooling yourself. the criminal has more rights than the victim. The t***h is justice is for the rich a poor man cant hire a lawyer to defend himself to get justice

im sorry i am not a professional writer but i reposted it to try to make it clearer that i give up on findin justice in this country its only for those who have money to fight for it a court case is a dual between 2 liars and the winner is the one who tells it the best its no longer about t***h its spin and lawyers are very good at spin but not t***h

I can feel your pain in your comments. I am sorry that you have had so many problems. Yes, often the justice system is misaligned and innocent people are traumatized. But, have you thought about seeing a lawyer to take your problems pro bono? There are a few that look for media attention and take cases of interest to gain clients. Check with legal aid in your community.
