Indiana judge rules the i***tic 'right to work' law is unconstitutional. Hopefully Michigan and Florida will be next. How the absolte dummies who post their ignorant blather here can be for lower wages is simply amazing. Proof that fat limburg has caused serious brain damage to the working class.
Note to i***ts: this is NOT about any SOCIAL program, welfare or the unemployed, so do not make asinine comments, keep to the subject

Indiana judge rules the i***tic 'right to work' la... (show quote)

Opponents purposefully chose to argue the law before Sedia in Lake County, considered an area friendlier to unions. “I’m sure they went forum shopping when they filed the suit,” Rep. Jerry Torr said to the Star. “I am confident that this decision won’t stand.”

The judgement was appealed to the State Supreme Court, so we'll see if it stands up. It ain't over yet!

Oh, and Rush Limbaugh is just laughing all the way to the bank. Collectively, all the liberal radio talk shows across the country combined wouldn't come close to Limbaugh's radio audience of over 20 million. Eat your heart out libtard.

In the end this judge will be overturned. You cannot force people to join unions and pay union dues and you cannot limit jobs to union membership. That's just common sense.

The Indiana case may be about a technical point of union representing those not in the union, meanwhile folks who think themselves brilliant think it is about the right to work itself.

Let them have thier temporary feeliing of victory - they will never realize two important things:
- an individual right to not join a union is not a right that should be taken away from anyone, and
- any wages paid to any employee must be no less than equivalent to the value of the work performed on the open market regardless of whether the work is performed by a union member or not. Government workers, over the short term, seem exempt from this economic law, but unless governments outlaw market based pricing, this law will exist.
