What is even worse I read an article this morning from a left wing rag. The court leans too far right. I can't even believe these people actually believe that. Look at what Roberts did to this country. Napolitano please. She's the same one who said our retired troops are extremists. She's the one who set up bho's private police force. Then we have Ginsberg another loon. The 2 incompatent judges appointed by the radical government we now live under. The left leaning federal judges who sit on the 9th circuit. The judge that gave a rapist 30 days. We can go on and on. These people as far as I'm concerned are destroying our rule of law. Biden is a clown. The dope proves it everyday with the dumbest statements ever ever said.

The judge to which you make reference was a County Judge. When he wanted to reconsider he was over-ruled by the Montana State Supreme Court These are both elected, not appointed.
