Prosecutorial Misconduct and Other Public Servants acting like Asses

More dereliction of duty by people taking oaths to stand by and to support the US Constitution. It is simply astounding that "innocent until PROVEN guilty" has simply exited the building.
What is wrong with these professionals and their supervisors that they believe it is more important to find someone/anyone guilty and leave the guilty people walking around to prey on others?
How do they live with themselves?
Mistakes happen, we know that, but how can so many people get shoved through the system with the obvious intent to commit malfeasance?
