Feast days, Sabbaths, new moons. The Bible makes it clear. The Bible says, let no one judge you of these days. Churches argue over Saturday and Sunday over and over, about which day to worship on. Well the Bible makes it clear. It doesn't matter. Jesus Christ said he was the Sabbath. The first Church, worship on Sunday. The reason Israel lost their feast days, Sabbath worship and new moons is found in Hosea 2:11. It states, if Israel turned to idol worship God would take these things from them. That is what Israel did and exactly what God did. He drove them out, but promise He would not altogether forget them. They were allowed back in their country in 1948, but can only be saved by grace today, the same as the gentiles, though only a few have accepted it.

In an effort to garner public support for the fledgling Jamestown Colony, on April 28, 1609 William Symonds, Lector of Christ’s Church Greyfriars London, delivered a sermon entitled “Virginea Britannia”. His Scriptural text was Genesis 12:

Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee: And I will make of thee a great nation…

I happen to trust in the Pauline explanation that makes for a New Convenant; there are those who do not. All in the law, by my understanding, where symbols of what was to come: Christ in human form. We are to "take your rest" in Christ: sabbath 24/7. The first church did not make Sunday a day of worship, another Sabbath, but a day to gather as a community. Paul attended synogogue on Saturday, in my eyes, not in obedience to the Law but as a convenient gathering place to find converts.

The Mosaic Law is not scripturally divided into three parts: this is an invention for ease of study. To say we are still under the law of the Ten Commandments but not the other two sections is biblically flawed. Christ is the substitute and completion of the Law: stay hidden in him alone. If one wants to say the Ten Commandments are still in effect for Christians, then the other two sections are as well.

The ten commandments are not part of the Mosaic law. They were written in stone by the finger of God. Deuteronomy 9:10
The Mosaic laws were written by Moses. Deuteronomy 31:9
For through the law, comes the knowledge of sin. Romans 3:20.
How do we know what sin is without the 10 commandments?

Not only did he say he was Lord of the Sabbath, but he also stated that the Sabbath was made for man. Which makes the Sabbath a portion of God's grace to man. A gift undeserved.

I think I got your point after reading it the second time. It is hard for this old ignorant ex timber cutter, coal miner, farm-hand and taxi driver with an eighth grade education. But I have learned many thing on my own. I take offense to you calling me an ignorant conservative. I have a vocabulary that matches the best of them. I have read all the books that all you elite read. I am glad I did not go to any 15 cent liberal college after I see how they think. I am proud to be an ignorant conservative. Liberal have done nothing good for the country. But lots of bad: Got prayer kick out of our school(2) Destroy our military by allowing homosexual and sex perverts (3) Pulled mother out of home destroying our children (4) And a whole host of other evil things. The new deal was good for worker, I do not consider this as part of the liberal agenda. The conservative build this great country. Liberal have done everything to destroy it. Yes I know the black s***e contributed some by picking the cotton before the civil war.
