Last August James O'Keefe entered the US illegally wearing an Osama Bin Laden costume while his assistants took a video of the stunt. Then they put it up on You Tube. Not surprisingly that video of O'Keefe illegally crossing the border caught the attention of US Customs who frowns on that sort of thing. Today while reentering the US O'Keefe was detained and discovered to his dismay his stunt got him placed on a US Customs watch list, and he'll remain on that watch list having crossed the border illegally. O'Keefe starts off with a pompous comment about just wait until they see what an important journalist they're dealing with! Then wishing the ACLU would intervene on his behalf.
