And yes, it happens to everyone especially once they get to court. However, as we see from the sheer numbers it is much more often minorities who pay for the poverty rates.
The most recent and available report about this is the DOJ investigation in Missouri.
7 of 10 persons, 9 of 10 traffic stops.
The racists say it is fitting because of stats like 90% of violent acts against blacks are perpetrated by other blacks.
And that is true.
9 of 10 violent acts against blacks by blacks.
8.5 of 10 violent acts against whites by whites.
