MONDAY PRAYER NEEDS - 6/8/15
I will put Prayer Needs out twice a month, on Mondays. If you have needs or good news please let me know. If you have any corrections, let me know that as well. Thank you.
When it comes to prayer, remember why Jesus was always heard by His Father - He gave God His heart and His time, God in turn gave Jesus His ear. We can all learn from that, if it is important give God your time, you have given Him your heart.
GOOD NEWS
MsAtta2d's husband has been recovering well from his heart procedures. Also, it may be of interest to others, he sees an acupuncture for his diabetes, and is being held in check with natural herbs.
Pete is doing well with his goats. He and his friend, one of the young girls NPP has spoke of, worked out a dance routine with the goats. They performed and it went well.
(If goats can be trained, Lord, come upon us, it is time to wake us up. Be in the Word.)
This is a repeat about David, but I think it's worth repeating. He is quite good at taking pictures. He was very pleased to have someone want to buy some of them. He is more comfortable talking to the women, but it appears he is SLOWLY beginning to trust NPP. Now that is good news.
NEEDS
Roxy was in a neck brace, which has been removed, but it has been confirmed that she needs another surgery which will put her in a body brace. She had her first therapy appointment and it did not go well. They will be reporting back to her surgeon. She has faith that God will work it all out. She has some limits on activity.
Searching was bitten by ticks and now has Lyme's Disease. She is on a round of powerful antibiotics that made her very sleepy, and left her feeling sickly, BUT good news - she is finally starting to feel better. Her husband has not been feeling well either. Let's keep both in prayer.
Searching has a dear friend, Bob, who is in a special cancer study, and things aren't looking real good right now. Let's pray that it is 'darkest before dawn' for him, and that good news lies ahead. She has asked that we say an extra special prayer for both Anne, his wife, and Bob. They are special people. We need all the special people we can find, times are changing fast.
NPP and SWMBO have two friends they have asked us to pray for. Sheila, is undergoing a special experimental cancer treatment. She has had three serious cancer treatments, two or three years apart, but this time will be her last. We are praying that it will work. She has two teenage boys, who have never known a time for their mother to be cancer free. They also need to know people care enough to pray for her, and to pray for the comfort of the entire family,.
Jori is a friend who was in a car accident six months ago, she has had six surgeries and is held together with metal rods. Rehab is tough and she is starting to lose her will to keep fighting even though the rehab is going well. there is only so much pain people can take. Pray that she keeps up her fighting spirit and feels Gods' love and strength with her.
Plus, Mr & Mrs NPP were on a road trip, I believe they are home today, so we will just thank the Lord for watching over them.
NanaSue - Between caring for grandchildren, her husband, and family, she needs prayer for strength, patience, and discernment as to future decisions. O Lord, come upon this family with Your love and care.
LindaJoy continues her vigil over her mother, with kidney problems. Her aunt, Nancy, is being cared for by Hospice, and has displayed a tremendous will to live. Linda has been recovering from a serious car accident. God has been watching over her and she is coming back strong. Thank You, Lord.
Slatten has asked we pray for his cousin, Mary, who is recovering from eye surgery. Your eyes are So important. Also, his dear Sue had a fall and injured her knee. How important your knees are (I know), pray it heals quickly and completely.
AuntiE would like prayer for her friend to regain her appetite, and her strength.
Rufus has found he does better when he stays away, but does check in occasionally and he still needs our prayers and encouragement.
Caboose - my last prayer listed his need for prayer. I have not heard, but let's keep him in prayer as well.
Please continue to pray for a young man, call him Marie's ward, who has a serious drug addiction. This may be improving. The family can use prayer for all those who are affected by this situation.
Please continue to pray for the well being of the baby girl yet to be born.
We bring Miss Johnnie and Miss Rose to You, and ask that You help to alleviate their pain, and keep them in Your care.
Be with our troops, particularly the ones facing enemy forces. Keep them safe, and keep them and their families in Your care. We pray in Jesus name, thanking You, and praising You.
Keep our churches on message Lord, the message of the Bible and let their 'business' side take care of itself. Their real business is to lead Your flock, have it be with the truth. Thank You, Lord.
If the Lord doesn't answer your prayer right away, don't be a quitter, continue to stand on His Word, and continue to thank Him for your healing, and for the answer to your prayer. DON'T GIVE UP. continue to praise the Lord!
Also, remember, if you receive a word for someone, never just slough it off, it just may bring comfort to them.
We have people on OPP that suffer personal problems, depression, uncharted changes that cause dilemma, worries over family members, and finances, problems that are far too common place now. Some would like their names mentioned, others do not, so for the names we know -- Lord, You are aware of each individual on OPP, if they have asked for prayer we pray You will soon help them, and bring relief for their situation, if they have not asked - we pray You respond to their problems regardless. We thank You for Your caring hand to pass over them and ease whatever their ills may be. We pray in the name of Jesus, to the Father, the Son, and the holy Ghost. Amen.
The Lord has called two of our members home, Alex and Zyro, please keep their families in prayer.
Lord, first we ask that You forgive us our sins, next we ask that You come into our lives and touch us. Touch us Lord with Your healing hand, increase patience and fortitude where needed, increase our faith to know You are there, to know You hear us, and You care. Thank You, Lord for watching over each of us. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

thank you for the update and we will pray for all. Got back late last night. today's prayer will be in connection to the seminar. Just have to get my back straightened out well enough to sit at the computer for a while.

Put a warm, heat pad (with moisture), then [ie on the floor for a while. See if that helps.
Every time I get down on the floor, to do some exercises, Bear either thinks I'm joining him at his level, or he stands guard over me. Maybe he thinks I'm hurt??
