Wh**ever the name they use they still take all you have including the basic freedom to speak. The USSR was founded on Marxist philosophy, the party was the KCCP (C*******t Soviet Socialist Republics) to use their favorite acronym and they had informers throughout their domain to make sure you were controlled. KCCP seemed to be on signs on everything from bridges to buildings telling you how great the party decisions were for you. When you looked around and were barely surviving you knew you were essentially a s***e.
When I worked there my friend ran a drama studio and anything she wanted to produce had to be approved by the "Naroadny Kontrol" Committee. The People Control Committee.
In my as yet unpublished book I tell of how she yelled at her mother for insulting the dictator, Brezhnez, too close to the door of their apartment. Of when she whispered at her kitchen table "When we have the revolution." She didn't need to finish the sentence. She wanted the freedom of speech she had lived without for almost 40 years. The freedom tp talk in public without being reported to the thought police.
You may remember Obama wanted us to report negative comments about him during his first campaign. He has also said we might need a civilian m*****a. His 101 course in Class Warfare. These are three of the reasons I finished writing my book. See kennysbigsovietadventure.com blogs of last fall.
That is why I think Obama is, wh**ever you want to call him, a would be dictator who is destroying OUR country.

Amen, Kentoidi8, amen. One correction, the website to report people who said negative comments about him was not during the first campaign, it was after he became president. For a person running for office to do that is one thing, for POTUS to do it is another thing entirely.

You are absolutely correct about the civilian m*****a (brownshirts and Stasi come to mind) and Class warfare 101. Hitler had the Jews, Stalin had the Bourgeois and Obama has The Rich.

Common Guys!! Reporting negative comments?? You're referring to the site called attack watch which is set up to counter lies and distortions about Obama and the administration. It's like a politi-fact thing, and it's badly needed considering the perennial smear campaign against him. He has a right to set the reccord streight. On another note I notice that since you've decided to be civil you've been picking the posts you respond to more carefully. I'm still waiting for answers from several posts, but I'm particularly interested in my question about what "hide the decline" refers to, and if you really think that Sen. Obama was really so incompetent that he couldn't understand the consequences of a default.

While I don't agree with his post (especially without supporting evidence), I do agree with you that this is a political forum. That said, You are wrong about the Bible being mythology and superstition. Much of the Bible has been PROVEN to be HISTORICALLY ACCURATE. The keep finding more evidence of its authenticity all the time. There can be no denying that Jesus walked the earth. That was a fact that was documented during that day. Your belief in him as God is what's at issue here, and that's between you and God. You have no right to belittle or ridicule others because they choose differently than you...especially when you atheists are in the minority when it come to belief in God (of any kind).

However, I have no tolerance for people who mix religion and politics and who seek to impose their views on others through public policy. It's my right to refer to religion as superstition just as it's the right of the next guy to say it's real.
