As of yesterday on the 23rd of July in the year 2013 we have the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals handing down a 2 to 1 decision which confirms that, President Obama did in fact violate our constitution in the year 2012 by making appointments to the NLRB.

The court said that a president can only make appointments after congress has adjourned “ sine die “.
In modern times, this is meant to mean, when congress breaks at the end of the year.

Both judges said, it’s apparent the founding fathers intended for the president only to be able to use his recess appointment powers when the senate was gone for a long period of time. Not the brief brake that congress regularly takes for holidays or weekends.

This ruling does reject Obamas claimed right, to be able to appoint any one he wants, if congress does not do so when he wants.

Some where I read, that Obama graduated at the top of his class in Constitutional Interpretation. Looks like he missed this section all together. Obama, can not now claim ignorance about this. For he has a degree in this very same subject. For to do so, would be woefully stupid, and would point up a complete and utter disregard for the laws he took an oath to protect and defend.
But, as in all things, there is another side to every story. This one is no different. Obama was not born with liberalism as his out look on life. No he had a lot of help along the way.
Lets not dwell on his grade school days. But instead look at his collage years and what little we know of them. And you will find that in all most all cases, he encountered progressive professors, with a predilection for socialism. That should be enough to scare the hell out of almost any one. Imagine if you will, a collage where all educators teach e******y through socialism.
This is why I really harp on educators.
For it seems to me , they have all forgot , how to teach a student to think, but instead, teach them what to think.
Young minds are so very malleable.
That would include people like you, me, even Obama, when we were young. So when a student enters collage, they are exposed to all kinds of new things and experiences, that in some cases, sets them in aw of there teachers, aka educators. One wrong educator, can poison thousands of young minds.
This country’s future, depends heavily on our educational system. And if we don’t get this right. We may not have any future , at all. RETW

And please, I am in no way defending Obama. I only want to point up the other side of the story. :|

obummer's violation of Constitutional law is not just because of his liberal/socialistic education and influence. He has done this many times and he does it because he truly believes he is above the law. He does it because he is narcissistic and arrogant, (his educators didn't teach him that). One of the first things he spoke about during his first campaign was about how the Constitution was a guide for what the Federal government couldn't do. He wanted to change it even then.

The v**ers in this country that elected him have made a great mistake, compounded by re-electing him (with a little help from c***ting, lying dems who v**ed more than once and in some cases after they died).

I do so apologies if I have given the impression that educator's are the only other side of the story. And you are so correct to point that out. For It does seem there are many sides to this enigma called Obama. But I respectfully submit to you, no one is born, a good or bad person.
Everything you, or I, or any one of us do is because of a learned behavior. It is quite inconceivable Obama just woke up one day and said to himself I'm going to be a
liberal/socialistic butt head. All I am trying to do is point up the simple fact. All these action he has visited on us all, had there roots planted by educators somewhere in his travels from child to adult. What Obama thinks or does not think, is not my point. Good or bad educators, make for, good or bad people. And if we as a society don't pay a lot more attention to what our educators teach, then we should not be surprised what comes into the jobs market.
As the society at large, we have allowed our educators to run over our school system for many,many years now,
like a stampeding heard of cattle. Never mindful of the direction they are heading in. This has got to stop. Educators are in fact, the most influential people on the face of this planet. So if what they teach is incorrect. The results follow. I have watched the education level of our young people, decline ever sense the mid 1950 era. And it is not a pretty picture. Education, comprehension, understanding, independent thought, have all declined far below that of 50 years ago. It should be no surprise to anyone, why the v****g public is so easily manipulated.
There is an old saying. Garbage in Garbage out.

I don't disagree, but have some comments to add.
"Obama was not born with liberalism as his out look on life. No he had a lot of help along the way." Yes, he did, starting with his mother and his grandparents who later raised him. The entire family was a den of rampant socialists. I seriously doubt he was ever introduced to a single conservative until well into his adulthood, if even then.

As to professors. A great many college profs are socialists - they were indoctrinated that way, and they in turn indoctrinate others, and now I believe we can assume that MOST teachers have a liberal, if not socialist, bent to their thinking. That is our MAJOR problem with education in this country. The people who teach have been dumbed DOWN, not UP, in order to dumb down the population. Were I a parent today, I wouldn't tolerate a child of mine attending a public school. Decades ago, the socialists KNEW they couldn't change America openly - it had to be done in a clandestine manner. They KNEW they had to get at the children - education. They KNEW they had to be active in unions. They KNEW they had to infiltrate our government. They knew these things, and they did these things, and voila! We have the mess we have today!

It isn't "one educator" messing with one child's mind. It is a school system in every community in America messing with all the children's minds. Thank the Socialist Party of America and the National Education Association. The field of education has the largest union in the United States - a double whammy to America.

(private messages) informing me that because of this miss-spelling of this word. My thoughts were rendered not creditable. I do not believe that is the case. However, I will gladly give $10,000,oo to any one, that can prove to me they have not miss-spelled a word from time to time.

All of us do a lot worse from time to time than misspell a word or two, and it didn't affect the quality of your message in the least, at least as far as I am concerned. I've been known to quit a sentence in mid stream on a post - did it as recently as yesterday. And it had nothing to do with an inability to spell. It had to do with getting in a hurry, typing too fast and not watching spell check, and not double checking before hitting "send". I don't nicely tolerate the spelling police.........or any other type of "control" police. You and I are fine. And I believe I am confident in assuming, you do not put much stock in it, nor do I. There is an old saying that goes, ( God save us all, from fools and lawyers ). Amen, Amen, Amen, I don' t know about the law degree he may have one because I think I remember that he and Moochelle were lawyers here in IL and that at some point he quit the IL bar and I don't remember if Moochelle did the same as well. I know all of those records are also sealed as well as his client list etc. I believe his biggest problem is his nationality do to possibly his birth place and his adoption by Lolo Seotoro who was Indonesian. The fact that there were never any papers showing he regained his US citizenship by either him or his mother has some questioning citizenship as well.

I have to wonder if he is lying or maybe his speech writers are doing the lying for him. He is only a teleprompter reader and just has to read the lies supplied for him. Of course, he is a liar without help but we won't ever know just how a big a liar he is till we see his past records of things like courses taken, papers written, and so forth. I don't think we are likely to see any of those things and especially his enrollment papers at any of his three colleges.

If he had ever told the t***h while running for president and it would have been carried by all of the stations without them beeping it out and told what he really wants to do to America he never would have been elected. Every time they allow him to go off of the teleprompter he starts rambling a little bit and usually starts talking to much and puts his foot in it. The reason they use the prompter is also because so many lies have been told to the public it is hard for anybody to remember which ones he has told and at which time and to which group. It takes a lot of people to keep track of all those lies that they have told so that he doesn't screw up to bad at any one time.
