Does anyone else wonder why there was no problem coming up with 60 Billion for NJ "Sandy" relief but cutting 85 Billion will cause all kinds of budgetary problems?
What BS the Obama Admin. is giving us.
Meaning of sequester, example: You earn $100K/yr. Your boss promises you a 10% raise, then says no, only a 2.5% raise, done in two 1.25% increments. Your pay has not been cut; you just won't get as large a pay raise as you'd been expecting. If you were able to feed your children on $100K then you should still be able to feed your children on $102.5K. No cuts, just a smaller increase!
Yet POTUS, his administration, and the entire media is trying to convince us that sequester is a draconian measure, planes will fall, everyone will be pink-slipped. Either he's the world's biggest liar, or he's the world's most stupid human being, with the possible exception of all the people who v**ed for him, i.e. those he's still trying to con.
Not to mention the 85 Billion the Feds are spending on QE3 (or wh**ever they call it now) EVERY MONTH for the foreseeable future. How can sequester be such a disaster and QE3 be no big deal? True that bookworm, how can (at least) 51% be this stupid?
Because, Barry is about giving money away, not taking it in. This will not make him popular with the people he told he would give them everything. He wants the repubs to be blamed, even though he signed it into law, as part of the agreement he got to raise the debt ceiling.
