We don't use English in our classes therefore you aren't allowed to go to school here.

Here is an interesting legal case involving a resident of Arizona being kicked out of her nursing school because she didn't speak Spanish and no English seemed to be used in her classes. One professor called her a bigot and a b***h for insisting that English be used in her classes.

Now before you go off half-cocked prog read in the link below what the Arizona Constitution says about the use of English in the schools of the state. Yes, you may learn that the law of Arizona is being violated in that school.

I think the administration was on the teachers' side so maybe you should go higher than just a few teachers with the firing.

I can't wait to see Holder dealing with the Arizona constitution and surely he will do that. Obama and Holder have gone after Arizona for trying to enforce the i*********n l*ws of the United States so surely they will go after Arizona for trying to force use of English on public supported schools. Community colleges are all public supported.

I don't know about that but I know those people at that school don't give a damn about the Arizona state Constitution. I am pretty sure they don't even know there is such a thing. That would be normal leaner thinking or lack thereof.

The teacher(s) should be fired. And a certain POTUS and his attorney general should be impeached. The problem is that the House might impeach said POTUS, but the liberal democratic Senate would never find him guilty.

I want to see the impeachment of Holder, Lerner and many others before Obama. He may well realize that he will be the President with the most impeached appointees. One would do that because it has never happened before although the Constitution says it can be one. I think that the Chief Counsel of the IRS should also get it since he was appointed by Obama and he met with Obama in each of the two days prior to his writing the things that allowed what the IRS did to the Tea Party and other patriotic people that are a part of the scandal about the IRS There are also others that could be impeached.

The House has been wasting time passing bills that the Senate won't do anything with other than table them so why don't they waste that time on impeachment proceedings? Oh, yeah, Boehner isn't going to allow that.
