What seems like a lifetime ago, (early '60's), U.S. citizens were outraged and shocked at (what we were TOLD), was an unprovoked act of aggression against us by the Soviet Union. Everyone who remembers knows how close we came to a nuclear war then. Most couldn't believe a nation would be so arrogant, insane and treacherous enough to move WMD's into the backyard of a nation for no reason.

Only much, much later did we find out that the U.S. was that, "arrogant, insane and treacherous". They had moved missiles into Russia's "backyard", (Turkey) and when Khrushchev demanded they be removed Wall Street's boys in D.C. basically told him f**k you! then voila! missiles in Cuba.

Even Johnson/McNamara weren't above k*****g a few of their own for their buddies in Israel. there's more to the USS Liberty "incident" than machine gunning life boats and torpedoing an unarmed ship of their "friends" in the U.S. The incredible invisible POW McCain's dad, the Admiral, could tell us volumes about that.

"Later, a DUAL CITIZEN, (caps mine) Israeli major told survivors that he was in an Israeli war room where he heard that pilot's radio report. The attacking pilots and everyone in the Israeli war room knew that they were attacking an American ship, the major said. He recanted the statement only after he received threatening phone calls from Israel."
