No point except perhaps Cruz is trying to display his popularity, but to an audience who had no choice but to attend, else be fined.

I loved Jon Stewart point out the Hillary signs in the background being held up by some students. LOL!! At least I think it was Hillary. It might have been a different politician.

not sure, but did see students with red Rand Paul tee-shirts. FYI, Liberty makes it mandatory for the students to attend all convocations, which aren't specifically reserved for Christian speakers. Michael Reagan (Ronalds son), Glenn Beck, the producers of the series Son of God spoke there as well, as did many others and attendance was mandatory for them or fines applied. So I don't really make much out of them required to attend the Cruz announcement speech.

They called it chapel at the C of C school I attended.

I think he should have suspected that having a captive audience was not the best place to announce a p**********l candidacy.

Yes, may not have been the best choice of venues. But he's not the first to visit. McCain did, Rommney did as well, anywho, back to work for me. Good chatting with you.
