I am truncating your post of segments that had nothing to do with what I said, and my comments to the rest will appear in red.

The term Republic is given to our representative government. But the power of the government rests in the governed” We have the privilege and the right to v**e. Therefore; many Americans consider themselves as members of a Democracy because we have the right to v**e. “One man; one v**e” I have a two book set entitled "Debate on the Constitution", each about 1200 pages. The books cover: "Debates in the Press and in Private Correspondence" and "Debates in the State Ratifying Conventions" It contains all the Federalist Papers and letters between the Founding Fathers, etc. Our Founding Fathers did not want a Democracy. They created a representative Republic. "One man; one v**e" does not create a Democracy. We v**e for representatives, and the representatives v**e on the bills, etc. It's a representative Republic.

We must also understand that you are either a lose sic loose constructionist or a strict constructionist. I strongly believe that the Constitution is a “flexible” living document that has to grow and adapt to the needs of a growing multi-cultural diversified society. See the 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments. A "flexible" living document is just an excuse for doing wh**ever you want, and no Constitution at all. All authority and jurisdiction over issues for the Federal Government is specifically stated in the Constitution, and all other authority, jurisdiction and rights not so specifically granted, is saved to the States and/or the people by the specific language of the Constitution. If you want to act outside the Constitution, you have a process, it's called Amendment. You must Amend the Constitution which process the Constitution allow for and sets out the procedure. It was meant to be not easy to Amend the Constitution. But the libs don't like the process as too much work, so they mentally masturbate about "flexibility" and how the Constitution is a living breathing document, and find penumbra's in the sky upon which to justify making wh**ever law they want, as in the Roe v. Wade decision. "See the 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments" is the Amendment process and no support for an argument for "flexibility"

You mentioned that the Founding Fathers originally implemented the 2nd Amendment into the Constitution. I beg to differ! No, I didn't say that. Read below specifically what I said, not your version of what I said.

Said Barcruz: .... "Remember the Civil War and popular sovereignty? In the midst of the evolution of Democracy; the 2nd Amendment was written." Horse dou'vers. You don't know American history pard. We created a Republic not a Democracy, and the 2nd Amendment was part of the first 10 Amendments, considered to be a part of the Constitution ab initio, and agreement upon which lacking, the Constitution would have never been adopted by the 13 colonies.

I said "considered" to be; and that without the agreement that the first 10 Amendments would be instantly adopted after the Constitution was ratified by the colonies, the colonies would not have ratified the Constitution. I did not say the Second Amendment was "originally implemented into the Constitution." It's a clear distinction you chose to ignore.

I believe that the 10th Amendment which some called “Popular Sovereignty” allowed a state to self-govern itself just as long as it didn’t encroach upon the jurisdiction of the Federal government or violate the Constitution itself. Although you may consider the 2nd Amendment to thesic ?? included “de facto” into the original Constitution it was inserted into the Bill of Rights after the Constitution was written and debated upon by the delegates and the people. Which is precisely what I said happened. The original Constitution only gave a state the right to implement its own v****g and e******n policies. Total garbage. Everything not specifically designated to the Federal Government was reserved to the States and/or the people in the Constitution itself, as I said above, not limited to state v****g and e******n policies.
