Just at the history of the democratic party 3/5 clause," JIM CROW LAWS" had some member who high up in the K.K.K.,some members who filibuster and v**ed no both the Civil Rights and V****g Rights acts of 1964 help split the county in half,brought on the Civil War.
So who are better for (B****s,Hispanics, W****s and Others) American.

That is true but at what cost? To the Black Families, To the Black Church/communties and To the Country
It seems the democrats created a "GOLDEN CAGE" Plantion mentality, you give us your support, money, leaders(Sharpton,Jackson) and we will give "Free" benefits pay by the taxpayers.
