SATURDAY PRAYER NEEDS - March 7

I'm sorry this is so late, and I did not have a chance to proof. You may find errors, please let me know, and if I skipped anyone.
SATURDAY PRAYER NEEDS
When it comes to prayer, remember why Jesus was always heard by His Father - He gave God His heart and His time, God in turn gave Jesus His ear. We can all learn from that, if it is important give God your time, you have given Him your heart.
GOOD NEWS - HOORAY, GOOD NEWS
Good news in that more people have had their power restored, but there still are quite a few without power - so keep them in prayer. We continue to ask that You help those outside workers to be safe and get power restored as soon as possible. Also, we ask that You keep the homeless in shelters, thank You that they are available.
NPP, again, his news is basically good news. David's parents said that several friends saw David's photos and complimented him on them. One of them wanted to take a video of him with a couple of photos and he panicked and ran out of the room, bad memories are still too fresh.
What fun, baby goats running around the house in diapers. Pete is learning several lessons with the goats. He was smart, he wanted to know about their care before saying he wanted them. The neighbor gave him a couple of books to read, thus improving his reading sk**ls. He and his mom spent time reading the books, getting a biology lesson on goat digestive process, and a lesson on simple math on calculating how much food each would require as a kid and what it would cost. Wednesday he called up the neighbor and said yes he wanted them then he asked how much they would cost. I had thought that the neighbor would tell Pete that he was giving the goats to the boy, but he is smarter than that. He said "if you promise to help me clean out the barn at least 4 times, that will be payment for the goats" Pete will learn that things cost in time and money and that he has to live up to his promises. That will put Pete well above most politicians, in anyone's book.
The roads are now clear with only small areas of ice. Got down to 10 last night but is supposed to warm up to 40 today. Tank and Zeus love the cold weather and spent a lot of time yesterday running around through the snow enjoying the sun.
Archie Bunker and wife are a happy couple, their son Cam is going to propose to a young lady they really like. Her name is Brandi, and we all pray she says YES, and they have a wonderfully successful marriage. (I fear he may be disowned if he messes up here, from what Arch said.) Along with that good news, Cam landed his dream job. Hooray for Cam, and finally for Mr & Mrs B., a new daughter.
Here, I would like to put a Thank You to all who keep CFB and me in prayer. It is so appreciated, thank you so much. You are "Good News People."

After delivering a prophetic speech to Congress, regarding what will happen in the Middle East, if they do not use their powers to insert action, the Congress folded and turned it over to Obama. He is de-facto ruler of America and our worldwide dealings. Congressmen continue to occupy their offices as if it means anything. The one thing it did do, because Israelis resent interference from other countries, it probably assures Netanyahu's re-e******n. GOOD!
There still are those without power, so continue to be in prayer for them; for all who have to work out in this cold; for the homeless; pray they are cared for, and for all of God's creatures.
The following list will be our member and their needs, we will pray for all at the end. Some I sent PM's to did not respond, but we will still keep them in prayer the same as last week.
Bylm1 son Dale has pancreatic cancer
Zyro receiving radiation for pancreatic cancer
Caboose - is not doing real well, but his wife, Linda, is doing just fine.
LindaJoy is still keeping a vigil over her mother, with kidney problems. She has some serious decisions to make, may the Lord guide her. Her aunt, Nancy, is being cared for by Hospice, and may have just days left.
NanaSue - Tim has worked a couple 1/2 days, but spends the next day in bed. He still needs time, rest, and possible rehabilitation. Their son-in-law, David, is healing, but still has pain. He has found a small job that doesn't require lifting. Their daughter has infected wisdom teeth. Nana Sue is staying young (though she may feel old at the end of the day) as she is caring for their two grandchildren.
Ricktloml son-in-law, who had thoracic outlet surgery, which requires a long recovery time. Also she has been busy with the grandchildren, who are recovering from the flu. Did not hear from her.
MsAtta2d's husband and her are in need of prayer concerning which way the doctor's will go regarding his heart. He has an 80% blockage. Unless he has extenuating circumstances they will clean the blockage out rather than place a stent. They are trusting God will bring the doctors to the right solution due to some of his circumstances.
Aunti would like prayer for her friend to regain her appetite.
Slatten is in Amarillo living it up with BBQ, no news when he's eating.
Rufus would like prayer for his cousin who has a drinking problem.
Ginny and Jack because Ginny needed medication for her RA they have delayed traveling. Ginny is in need of prayer for her health and other things plaguing her.
Wuzblynd - his oldest boy appears to be doing well, he's off fishing. Good for him.
Deb_bus needs our prayers to lift her up. She & her son needs a place to live, help her with finances.
Roxy has had trouble with her eyes, and has not been on OPP for last couple of days, nor have I heard from her.
Searching feels things are going well. He Little Mac, her baby llama, did pass away. She still needs prayer concerning a cantankerous neighbor, that he will develop a sincere conscience.
Loki has back problems and often uses a cane.
NPP is waiting to hear from Can't Believe, and I am hoping to hear from Roxy and Grugore.
We bring Miss Johnnie and Miss Rose to You, and ask that You help to alleviate their pain, and keep them in Your care.
Be with our troops, particularly the ones facing enemy forces. Keep them safe, and keep them and their families in Your care. We pray in Jesus name, thanking You, and praising You.
Keep our churches on message Lord, the message of the Bible and let their 'business' side take care of itself. Their real business is to lead Your flock, have it be with the t***h. Thank You, Lord.
CFB's progress report. It's next week, he is trying more, and he does seem more alert, more interested in talking.
If the Lord doesn't answer your prayer right away, don't be a quitter, continue to stand on His Word, and continue to thank Him for your healing, and for the answer to your prayer. DON'T GIVE UP. continue to praise the Lord!
Also, remember, if you receive a word for someone, never just slough it off, it just may bring comfort to them.
We have people on OPP that suffer personal problems, depression, uncharted changes that cause dilemma, worries over family members, and finances, problems that are far too common place now. Some would like their names mentioned, others do not, so for the names we know -- Lord, You are aware of each individual on OPP, if they have asked for prayer we pray You will soon help them, and bring relief for their situation, if they have not asked - we pray You respond to their problems regardless. We thank You for Your caring hand to pass over them and ease wh**ever their ills maybe. We pray in the name of Jesus, to the Father, the Son, and the holy Ghost. Amen.

It has taken me some time to realize there are times God wants us to focus on the hymn message without singing. It has been frustrating, in the past, when I could not find a YouTube for us. It does not bother me anymore. He is delivering a message as he feels we need it.

You are so right. Go with the flow of the hymns. There is much t***h, power, theology in the hymns, especially the old ones.
