Bulls**t, even without the funding, DHS will not shut down. Only non-essential personnel will be TEMPORARILY furloughed--17,000 out of 231,000 will stay home. And, when they return to work, they will receive retroactive paychecks.

You won't even notice.

In any case, just so you know, American lives ARE at risk, with or without a functioning DHS.

Its not the Republicans holding the nation hostage, but Obama and his followers, who hold Amnesty, over Homeland Security by attaching it to the bill. Beside, Homeland Security is still open, thou not fully at this time, until Obama puts us ahead of I******s.

All the Muslim brotherhood members and other Muslims that Obama put into our homeland security should be the first ones to not get paid; not to mention that they have no business in such a department to begin with.
