Hat Tip, Food Prices

"In 2011, the United States—the world’s largest food exporter—converted 40% of its corn crop into fuel in order to satisfy the Renewable Fuel Standard. In fact, the total amount of ethanol produced in the United States in 2011 was 13.95 billion gallons, enough to feed 570 million people that year.

As companies attempt to meet government mandates, we’re already seeing the effects: the Congressional Budget Office found that between 2007 and 2008, about 10 to 15% of food price inflation was a direct result of biofuels production.

To make things worse, ethanol contains 33% less energy per gallon than gasoline, and vehicles fueled with ethanol cover fewer miles per gallon than those running on conventional gasoline." (Emphasis added)

Just another socialist, Marxist, c*******t attack on the United States and capitalism.

What would anyone expect from a "professional community organizer"? The man-child was never qualified to do anything but fail as a national leader. I never would have thought the v**ers of this country could be so stupid!

Never underestimate the gullibility of the American v**er. While you're at it, never underestimate the ability of the Republican Establishment to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

I have a radical solution: Defund the EPA, and replace it with scientists and responsible business leaders, instead of political hacks. Drill for our own oil, develop our natural gas resources, Go back to eating corn, instead of destroying engines with it.

Quid Pro Quo, banjojack: Too rational, but it would work for me.

That's exactly what we need and pretty much in that order. Not radical at all to me neither and it would work beyond our wildest dreams. If we don't do something like that soon we will be begging to go back to the 18%. Both inflation and deflation is on its way and Obozo's new regulations will just speed it up.

The Kenyan is setting America UP for a major defeat that will cause millions of innocent people their lives. By weakening our military and defensive capabilities we are open to invasion by foreign troops. Cutting back on nuclear weapons when rouge nations like North Korea, Iran, and others are arming with nuclear weapons is TREASON.

C*******t liberals think they have "friends" in other c*******t nations! They could not be more wrong. Individuals like the Kenyan hold everybody else in open contempt, including other c*******ts.

The one world government mob seeks a F*****T STATE enslaving all of us to the STATE!

Obama is a wolf in sheep's clothing.
