Now that is sure true about Temporary jobs becoming
a permanent fixture in the US.Lots of employers are
just paying minimum wage.Something agencies pay more.
Employers love to milk something for all its worth.
Its a deal for them to hire foreigners work them overtime
and not pay them for maybe one hour of it.All the time they
don't feel like paying them.Employers know they could never
tow the mark with an American like that.Employers would rather most of the staff be like Uncle Jams Army. You keep working and we don't want to see you sweating until we tell you too!

You truly do miss it don't you. The reason for part time employment is OIllegalcare. Sine the democrats started this socialized medicine the employers have had to cut their employees hours back to 28 hours a week so that they will not be charged paying for healthcare for their employees. Anyone that works 30 hours a week or more is classified as full time and the mandate is that the employer must cover the employee's health insurance. Since the price of insurance is increasing under OIllegalcare the employers have opted out of insuring their employees and reducing their employees to 28 hours a week. So now an employee must find a second job at 28 hours a week and pay for his or hers insurance themselves. this makes good sense the employee must now work 56 hours a week and pay for their own insurance under OIllegalcare and end up with less money to live on as before. It sure sounds like a good deal to me how about you?

You mentioned Temporary jobs were becoming a permanent
fixture in the U.S.Lots of Americans are working through agencies.
I was just speaking from experience of being a Temp worker myself.
I do know that employers are cutting back hours in order not to
pay insurance. So its a combo of things that keep hours and wages low.
