I enjoy British humor. My Mom and I enjoy watching a lot of British television. I try to record a number of shows each week.

They can be funny. Two of my favorite shows a few years back on BBC were "Yes Minister" followed by the sequel "Yes Prime Minister." They were example of the most exquisite use of the English language that I have ever heard or read. :-D

We are currently keeping up with, " Father Brown ", " Dowtown Abbey," " Grantchester " and " Daziel and Pascoe ." I believe " Mr. Selfridge " is about to begin a new season here too. Plus yhe thirty minute " Waiting for God " are pretty good. I realize these are not specifically comedy but most include a good bit of British humor.

That was good Elwood. I've seen it before but it's still funny. British humor is the kind that you either understand or just turn off. I've seen every episode of Monty Pythons Flying Circus. When I was first introduced to it I was rather young as my older brother watched it. But after watching it and learning how the Brits use a lot of dry humor MPFC is still one of my favorites to this day. Great post!
