How do you call the expiration of the "Bush Tax Cuts" rate holiday (albeit 2 years late), and then a permanent rate rollback for 98 % of taxpayers- revenue? Then using this "revenue" as an excuse to not act on the virtually universally expendable special interest tax loopholes , that have helped the top 4% of earners to acheive a net worth, equal to the bottom 85% collectively?
