You forgot, President Lincoln, first Republican to be v**ed in by all the people of the United States of America . He was a small town lawyer and never served in the Military, but turned out to be a great Commander in chief. He stuck to his guns and kept the United States in one piece, not two pieces like the south wanted to do. The South was run by All Democrates at the time. They wanted their own America. Had nothning to do with S***ery. Democrates wanted to break away and form their own country, keeping all money from cotton, farming, etc.. There was a lot to it. White men and women were brought to the United States from jails in Spain, France, Great Britian and other countries to serve out their time as indentured s***es. But, even as their time was over, they never were set free, when time was served. These countries sold those people against their will, just as the African who sold his neighbor to Spainish people to sell abroad for hard cash money. People were a buyers market back then. ANYWAY - President Lincoln ended ALL S***ERY in the United States of America. People of all color had to be paid a wage. After all, Lincoln started the first Taxes in America, which help win the war; and saved this Nation from ruin.

DJ-A military background does not necessarily mean having served in the military. A person could come from a military family where he/she sees first hand what it is like to be in the military or he/she could be a military scholar thus gaining valuable hands-off experience. The main prerequisite should be that the person is open minded and willing to listen to the advice of people who have made the military their career. Such a person would not have pulled all of our troops out of Iraq thus creating the vacuum which was then filled by old Saddam Hussein military heads and what is now ISIS. This president is a know-it-all who thinks he knows how to fight an enemy which he will not name. Anyone with a modicum of common sense would be better than what we have now. Only democrats and blind followers agree with what this man stands for and what he is doing to the country. Ironically, stupid democrats want more of the same and now support Hillary Clinton who is overrated, a foul mouth, and without a resume. The democrats are scraping the bottom of the barrel and do not have anyone else except Warren of offer. That is shameful to say the least. Good Luck America !!!

LOL, just read what you said. How silly is that ? Why do you think people watch a News Station, any News Station ? I watch ABC, NBC, CBS and I watch Fox news, too. The other stations were not telling it like it should be, the news as in t***h. I found CBS was doing pretty good News and that is the only other station I care to watch these days. ABC has Clinton's boy on, which turns me off. I use to like GMA but they have changed so much. From family watching to I can't put my finger on it ! My niece went to College to become a News Reporter. She refused to be told to leave stuff out of the report. She finally quit the national station. Not true reporting being done. Why look at NBC's boy. He told so many lies to cover the tracks of the real t***h of what the bi line should have been. What has happen to telling the t***h, in news reporting ?
