I could explain it to you, but would prefer you to research through your own sources (for an attempt at a bi-partisian conversation), for any reason our government would ever pass such a repeal to an amendment designed to protect the American people..
Tied into the January 2014 defence bill, as I understand it allows tax payer funded propaganda to be used on american citizens, both parties passed it, and NO media outlet covered it, but it might help explain some of the opinions on this forum.
