The limited war powers act sent to congress this last week is an attempt to put Republicans in position to take the fall for his bungled Middle East Policies. He crafted the proposed bill to limit his actions; therefore, he can continue doing nothing as he has for 6 years. When the world continues to degenerate he can say, "it's the fault of "because they limited my powers to use the maximum force of the most powerful army in history. war 111 will be on his head. I hope Republicans see his ploy.

"WE" have to remember, Billhuggins, that the same people who have been writing the ACA and "demonrat" talking-points, are writing the script to bring Republicans, conservatives, America, the military, our police forces and the Tea Party down. Western, free-market culture is getting in [their] way, and has been for a little over a hundred years.

Not only will the "Limited War Powers Act" stymie our fighting forces, but the "purge" of our high, conservative "Brass" in all of the military service branches, is the workings of a "domestic enemy." I took the oath; "WE must guard OUR Constitution and protect our country from enemies, foreign AND DOMESTIC!!!" THAT OATH NEVER DIES WHILE I LIVE!!!

How has this "domestic enemy" slithered into our Western free-market civilization for so long without just being denied and ignored, but by being allowed to pretend [his] Islamic, anti-Judeo-Christian ideologies will hold-water over OUR American Constitution??? NEVER!!!

Time to lower the boom, Congress, or I'm afraid a phone, a pen and a deception will be met with more than a "NO," and even more than a "HELL NO;" and "WE" surround [them]!!! Be strong America; "WE" have met the enemy and [he] is attempting to command US to destruction and doom!!!

You are exactly right! You don't believe for a minute any of his lying bulls**t. Moreover, since he actually believes his own lies, he expects us to believe them as well. If we don't believe the lies he certainly expects us to believe them...and if we don't...he still couldn't care less. Remember boys and girls, he "Has a pen and a phone" which he truly believes is the answer to everything.
He has singlehandedly--because no right thinking person would dare say otherwise--brought this great nation to the edge of the cliff he designed himself; with considerable help from his c*******t/socialist/muslim masters. They are the ones that financed his illegal e******n in the first place. As a chronic and pathological liar for his entire life he believes he can do no wrong. Should anyone disagree he can always turn loose the DHS, IRS, FEMA and any number of other alphabets on Americans.

I read somewhere that the republicans think he is not asking for enough, and your post indicates you agree. I have a question. Do you really want to give him more power than he is requesting? I honestly do not know how I feel about this.

I will try to state my thoughts. War in not to lose. War is hell. The only goal in war is to win. To win by overwhelming force. Hitler took most of Europe by overwhelming force and he was defeated by overwhelming force. Patton, our most successful frontline general, perhaps, in the whole damn war, won by overwhelming force. It is to be understood that there will be blood and guts spilled. Collateral damage will result. The goal of destroying the enemy is paramount in total victory.

The United States has not been a victor in any war since WW11. The military wins but politicians in Washington loses. American politicians have been feminized and marginalized by left wing liberals. Bleeding hearts don't win war; real blood and guts do. At 73+ I would join the fight if I knew the politicians were in it to win. But, I think they are not in the game to win but to walk away after my blood is dry on foreign soil and an imminent threat as been marginalized. Yes, I believe the president should have full authority to win. Not tie hands. I know what that is like. I have one. I support Obuma if he would emulate George Patton.

It will be on Obama, his Cabinet, and Dems. holding the filibuster in the Senate. His policies are a utter failure, but he will never admit this.

Shut down of federal government would do little to hurt the public, but a card that Dems always play, to blame the Rep., in fact it would keep all of them from spending money that is only wasted doing business as usual. Just like there budget cuts, both parties speak about, saving nothing in reality. They have already factored in raises to all programs, every year, spending every penny to make sure they can ask for more the next. So when they cut a budget, its just a little less of a raise, not an actual cut.

Schools are a prime example, they get a budget per child every year. They have to spend all of their monies, other wise they will not get the allocated amount, or be able to ask for more, due to more students.=, and cost. So at they end of the year, what is not used is thrown out, to clear the books, not saved for next year, pencils, erasures, paper, books, etc. Why do you think they let illegal into the public school, or ask for excuse slips from doctors or parents, or call to see why child is not in school. Not concerned for their health, but because they won't get paid, for the student for that day otherwise. Cost of Higher Education. Government at work.

World War III could very well be, if nothing is done to change what is going on in Washington, and that is on all of US, if we keep v****g in Representatives who only look out for themselves, and not the will of the People.
