Why? Because we have a do nothing Congress. They are the only ones that can bring pressure to bear on the President but are unwilling to do so. Why again, you would ask and I do not have a answer to that question. We, meaning a lot of states and sheriff Joe have tried to get the courts but to this point have been unsuccessful because all judicial wusses are afraid to take that leap. I recently posted on this site about a letter I recently received from my rep. in D.C. in response to a previous inquiry from me wherein he said " I understand your concern and will keep you informed if legislation is brought up on this matter." My response to that was another letter demanding he bring up legislation on this matter himself; to which I have had no response. It will take a concentrated effort on everyone's part to raise enough hell about this to get the attention it needs before it's to late. However, I fear we will not overcome the damage already done by OBOZO in my lifetime but I have children and grandchildren I will fight for as long as I'm here.
