Biden is adamant about remaining in the race, insisting that the race is his to lose.

As far as the 25th Amendment goes, how do they deal with the fact that their parties choice, is unfit to serve.

It depends on their convention rules.

Or, depending on their convention rules, they could try it there.

Most in the Democrat Party want Biden removed. The split will come over the debate; who replaces him.

Considering current polls, for what little they may be worth, he is no longer the ”peooles(sic) choice”.

It is very popcorn worthy considering their glee over past Republican fractures.

Their two big names cannot win a national e******n. The potential opposition ads are award worthy.

You have Senator Warner. He has the younger age, credentials; however, supposedly does not want it.

Kentucky Governor Beshear, young, etc. The ads, over losing every single court case over legislation, would be interesting.

Governor Polis, Colorado. Frankly, I cannot comment as I have not researched him.

That is as far as I have gone looking at potentials.

The people have v**ed, now they want a "Do-Over", rules be damned.

That's one of the problems with "Early V****g".

That should not be a problem.

By B.O. and many others.

The DNC can choose another candidate, but Biden will have to discharge all of his delegates.
If they challenge him with a 25th amendment removal, the Veep and a majority of principle officers of the Executive Branch will have to notify the President pro tempore of the Senate and the SOH in writing the president is unfit to serve, then the Veep will take over as acting POTUS.

Thereafter, the president can then t***smit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the SOH his written declaration that he is fully capable of serving as POTUS and he will again resume his duties as POTUS.

The Veep and a majority of principle officers of the Executive Branch will then have four days to again t***smit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the SOH a written declaration he is unfit to serve.

If that happens, the issue goes to both houses of congress where a 2/3rds v**e in each house is needed to remove him or allow him to remain in office.

When Biden was asked a question about their upcoming convention, his (fateful?) response was:

"My delegates are free to v**e their conscience".

Did Biden just take himself out of the race, without even knowing that he did so?
