I think it is a toss up whether they go by law and lack of evidence or feelings.

It just takes one to say "NOT GUILTY" and not budge.

It's been my experience that one or two holdouts on a jury will almost always cave eventually to the majority opinion rather than stand their ground forever. After such a bad prosecution it could be the one or two holdouts will be on the guilty side and they will get worn down. Maybe. V****g Trump not guilty in Manhattan will be tough when you have to return to the community afterwards.

Understood, if we don't get one l'll be shocked. I'll say somewhere btwn 6-6 and 10-2. Def. did a fantastic job. How much of Costello's testimony or presence got through? He was the 'k**l shot'!

Good point. Let's hope there is a handful who realize what this fiasco really is....a show trial...like something you would see in Russia...before they took him out and shot him. A serious 'black mark' that is corrupting our entire justice system. I wish the worst case scenario for this crooked judge. He allowed the porn star to go on about salacious BS, but put a quick end to Costello's response. Just one example of an unfair, one-sided BIAS!!!
If this verdict doesn't go close to down the middle at least...the fix is in. What's the process to get rid of a biased judge like this guy? What a pathetic disservice he performed for our once best jurisprudence system in the world. Has made a mockery.

After Cohen's admission yesterday, how can anyone sort out the testimony presented?

I totally agree and the judge recognized it and eliminated the chance to be heard - when individuals are entrusted to remain neutral and don’t - they should be brought before a bi-partisan jury of judges and made to defend what they did - with sensorship or revoking their license to practice law
