If anyone is convicted of a felony and sentenced to prison they have the right to appeal… but they remain incarcerated as the appeal is heard. Should Trump be treated differently?

If a President has committed 'high crimes and misdemeanors' as biden obviously has done - should he be impeached?

That is not a universal thing. It depends on the crime, but that crooked NY judge will do all he can to help the prosecution and put Trump in jail.

He had the opportunity to jail him for contempt of court and hasn’t

The judge is biased and evil - but not stupid (possibly).

I wish he had put Trump in jail. That would raise Trump's ratings another 10 points. There is no case here. You and the rest of the stupid c*******t socialist f*****t Marxist g*******t elitist l*****t progressive Democraps have bit off far more than you can chew and have collectively lost your minds.

There might be enough t***h left in that Judge to recognize how contemptuous his court and this trial is.

You are using a cartoon that was drew by Al Roker in the 70"s. You used it without his permission.

You are a worthless busybody. You are using words that have used before, and never an original thought when you use them.

We have been through all of this before. Do you know for certain it is not in the public domain? So, sue me. Are you his agent? You can track it back to Bad Bob who used it without attribution. I just borrowed it from him.

Not everyone who is convicted gets to cool their heels in jail while their appeal is being considered. Take for example Steve Bannon, currently out on appeal.
I would love to see our favorite criminal's bail to be revoked, but I doubt it will happen. Trump is just too slippery for that. He has been treated with kid gloves by all who have had court interactions with him, and I don't see that changing.
