Thank you for posting this. You are right, everyone needs to see this video. Over the years I have had contact with a number of police personel regarding child abuse, and I think this is a typical reaction when forced to shoot someone. I do not think may police officers act like "cowboys" under these circumstances. The thugs who beat up people, shoot cops and rampage have this mentality, but not the police officers who have to contend with the thugs.
