A day after winning his third term as Speaker, John Boehner (R-Ohio) said his conference had begun a “family conversation” about how to respond to the 25 conservatives who revolted and v**ed against him on the floor.

There is a Secret War happening right now... The target? Your privacy!
Boehner confirmed that the Rules Committee agreed hours after the Tuesday v**e to boot two of the defectors off the committee: Rep. Daniel Webster (R-Fla.), who challenged Boehner for Speaker, and Rep. Richard Nugent (R-Fla.), who v**ed for his fellow Florida Republican.

But the Speaker said no final decisions had been made, suggesting Webster and Nugent could rejoin the committee, even as some rank-and-file members complained bitterly about leadership’s retribution in a closed-door GOP conference meeting on Wednesday.

I am a very simple man but the political agenda of our government is beginning to reach even those who are apathetic to what is happening in our country.

Perhaps energizing those who have for so long been on the (Ho-Hum) list is one good thing this present administration has produced.

The idea of everything is gonna be alright when we change parties in 2016 is seeming to make less and less sense.

Ihe actions of the re-elected speaker of the House is so childish. So far this is still a freedom of speech country.

Differences in ideas or ideology within the same group of people is still the American way, because to use simple terms, "There is more than one way to skin a cat."

In my opinion, the skinning has stopped and the fleecing has taken over for quite sometime now.

There is much being written about various groups and conspiracies influencing our politicians. And no doubt special interest groups are forcing themselves on the majority of the populace.

In my countrified uneducated opinion, it is the personal malfunctions of honor, loyalty, honesty, t***hfulness, and t***sparency of the individual politician that has been lost for a long period of time.

The personal lust for greed and power has surpassed the idea of being a servant of the people who have elected them with the hope of honest representation.

We are on the edge of a cliff that has no safety nets. If we as a people do not arise within our own ranks and begin to spread the word of t***h to those who could make a big difference if they would v**e we are in for an America we will no longer recognize or even care to love.

Not trying to be pessimistic but I believe if things don't change and change for the better quickly, the most blessed people in America will be those who are at the age where they will not have to experience the heartbreak, pain, suffering, fear, and danger that will come as the result of not caring enough about our country to elect the very best,

Few people v**e for the very best, they v**e for who will give them the most. Sure some people v**e for the Republicans when they get mad at the Democrats, but they will turn right around and v**e for the Democrats as soon as they get mad at the Republicans or if they can get more out of him.

What do you expect. You're not that ignorant are you? E******ns have consequences, actions nave consequences, if you want to play with the big boys and girls you have to expect to pay the penalties when a poorly though out, asinine, scheme fails.

This is intended to demonstrate to the 24 Tea Party zealots that the grown ups in the Republican Party are in charge of the House not some snagged tooth Cretan, dressed in his daddy's own burial shroud. I'm talking about Louie Gohmert. Who was astonished that HIS OWN Republican colleagues on the House Rules Committee insisted that he be removed from the Rules Committee. As far as any of you Constitutionally ignorant Tea Party-ites know, John Boehner had nothing to do with this. However Boehner can accept or reject the GOP Rules Committee's recommendations. So your Democrat Party like jackass braying isn't helping Congressman Gohmert, no not one little bit. The Tea Party isn't the tail trying to wag the dog, The Tea Party is a flea circus that is trying to wag the whole dog by the tail, while screwing the pooch at the same time.

Of course the Tea Party at the same time is covered in green blow flies because the Tea Party is so full of s**t that the blow flies can smell them from a mile away.

I'll tell you what is really covered in s**t; the United States of America.

We have more than $200 trillion in unfunded liabilities. The government would have to take 100% of the net income from every individual and every US business for the next 25 to 30 years to cover that shortfall.

Democrats have the spending pedal FLOORED!!! Republicans only want to tap the brakes.

This isn't politics, it is basic math.

This may be basic math, or it may not be, but the t***h is (as much as I h**e to say it) that the Tea Party is to Politics as the Three Stooges are to pie baking.

The Tea Tea Party will never be effective until it buckles down with RINO REPUBLICANS TO PRESENT A STRONG UNIFIED FROUNT to America's first Tea Party President Barack Obama.

I say this because my Tea Party brothers and sisters enable Obama by discrediting the Tea Party in the eyes of many of their fellow countrymen.

In the Tea Party's case these same Americans always refuses to buckle down and v**e for good Republicans because they are Obama's useful i***ts and instead of v****g the scrawny Kenyan out of office they convince enough Americans to stay home or else v**e for a protest candidate to give Obama the win.

There is no question the US is on a path to economic collapse. It is inevitable because mathematically, there simply is no other alternative. Even the CBO states our current fiscal path is not sustainable. While the CBO does not literally state economic collapse will happen, what other definition can you derive from ‘not sustainable’?

A year or so after the Great Recession started, a few people looked back to see if anyone had correctly predicted economic collapse. There were literally only 5 or 6 people who were screaming at the tops of their lungs that our financial system was unstable and collapse was imminent. They were completely ignored, and the rest is history.

We now have quite a few economists screaming our debt and unfunded liabilities are not sustainable and once again, no one will listen. It seems to me that the only way people will ever realize just how crushing our debt is, is to allow the system to collapse and hope that when everyone is standing in the rubble of what once was America, they will see our debt trajectory was just as many economists & the CBO said it was; unsustainable. Maybe we’ll learn our lesson and make sure America, Version 2 is forever fiscally responsible.

Most people won’t ask this question until they are standing in the rubble, but at some point you will have to ask which political group best understood the core problems with America and offered the best solutions. While I doubt 99% of people who belong to the Tea Party fully understand the depth of our problems, their desire for a more limited government will prove to have been the best alternative.

Disclaimer: I don’t belong to the Tea party, they’re too mild for me.

Kay, I understand your desire to have all opponents of Obama work together to defeat his disastrous policies, but who has the correct answer to our problems; RINO’s or the Tea Party? To what degree should the TP compromise if the result does not slow or attempt to stop economic collapse?

RINO's have become a rubber stamp for Obama and are just as bad for America.

What you desire is for everyone to kiss your magic "tea bags" and make everything go away. Well this is the real world buddy and there are no easy, painless, or quick fixes.

The only way forward is like Obama and Congress did before the 113th Congress went home. They passed and the rubber necked Kenyan signed into law a bill allowing Public Employ Unions to S-T-I-F-F their members by arbitrarily reducing their pension benefits. Especially those who have already retired. What worries me is that Obama will convince everyone (like he is trying to do with Bill and Hillary Clinton's Welfare reform) that it's Bush 43's fault. This new Obama law was signed into being in late December of 2014 and effects over 10,000,000 Public Union Employees whose unions control their members pension fund. Can you spell "Jimmy Hoffa"

I'll bet you a dime against a doughnut that Kevyn 'Kan'.

These same unions have contributed somewhere well North of one BILLION dollars to the Democrat Party over the last few e******n cycles. Is this what you meant when you said that Obama's policies are unsustainable? I think that the dog-eating, Mohammedan liar, knows it but he doesn't give a damn because it is not his mission to help America but to hurt, destroy, and ultimately to k**l her "Graveyard Dead"

When the history books are written the Obama episode will be remembered as our darkest hour. There is time to turn this bus around before it goes over the cliff but it will require Republicans as well as the Tea Party and other patriotic Americans to work as one to 'get her done'

So what are you going to do? You can either work, labor, and toil.... or get out of the way.

If the posters on here cannot agree on anything, how do you expect our politicians to agree on anything. We are what is wrong with them. A solution--I do not have one.
