Agreed. I think every rapist, child molester, all the sex offenders...bullet in the head if found guilty by jury. No plea bargains.

20 years seemed far to short when I read it.. but perhaps at his age 20 years is life.. but then why not simply give him life... I wonder what the affect on possible parole or some early release is with Life vs 20 years.. Overall seems strange, life should have been obvious..
