Note that the obvious LIB (Smith), is not particularly bothered by the section of the NDAA that states, U.S. citizens can be detained by the government for any length of time,without due process.

I mentioned in one of the topics about the closing of gitmo: obumma is a muslim....we all know that now,
or, some of those "others" that still refuse to believe it...
...It's their refusal to accept the t***h that is hurting this entire country...
However, in reference to the closing of Gitmo....
obumma wants it closed for only one real reason....
.as the CIC of all things military,
he is responsible for the "treatment" or, wh**ever penalties comes up, and because of JUST THAT , being the COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF of all military things and a muslim, He wants the trials to be on (American soil) tried by American (judges), --because they are then (responsible) for the "terrible" things, and penalties that will happen to those guilty ones, and NOT obumma....
This is truly what his object of intent is....NOT his doing them, and NOT responsible for a brother muslim.... :thumbup:
