Hat Tip Senate Conservatives Fund:

Fellow Conservatives:

The Senate will v**e next week on whether to consider the Gang of Eight immigration reform bill, which grants instant amnesty to 11 million immigrants who unlawfully entered the country.

This legislation is deeply flawed and it must be stopped.

U.S. Senators Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Mike Lee (R-UT) wrote a letter to their colleagues outlining the following problems with the 1,000-plus page bill:

Provides immediate legalization without securing the border
Rewards criminal aliens, absconders, and deportees and undermines law enforcement
Contains extremely dangerous national security loopholes
Facilitates fraud in our immigration system
Creates no real penalties for i*****l i*******ts and rewards them with entitlements
Delays for years the implementation of E-Verify
Does not fix our legal immigration system
Advanced through a process predicated on a deal struck before markup
Rewards those who have broken our laws by offering a special path to citizenship
Unfortunately, many Republicans seem unwilling to block the bill from coming to the floor. They either support amnesty or mistakenly believe they can work with Barack Obama and Harry Reid to fix it.

Now is the time for conservatives to stand up and oppose this bill.

TAKE ACTION: Tell your senators to oppose the new amnesty plan.

Not to put to fine a point on it, have you heard of the telephone? I have found talking to the office staff in DC is very effective.

CO Senators:

Michael F. Bennet - 202-224-5852 - email=www.bennet.senate.gov/contact/
Mark Udall - 203-224-5941 - email= www.markudall.senate.gov/?p=contact

Oh but I also call and pay to send faxes. Both of these clumps of human waist are the 2 implanted outsiders brought into this state by God only knows who fill the senate seats here, and you can make book on the fact that a number of us in this area have certainly let them know how we feel. We make a point to attend any talk shows they put on in our area. Our illustrious gov is another piece of useless human flesh!
I certainly don't need any outside advice on how to deal with the political injustice done us in our state.
It's a sad state of affairs when we have so many people that just blog about it and do absolutely nothing else! I'll bet a lot of them don't even v**e!

There was no insult intended by my providing the information. Like you, it becomes irritating to send letters and the response is a form letter with position policy statements but no serious reply relative to your expressed concerns.

As with CO, my state has instituted local laws which were bitterly fought against. When 2500 people show up in opposition and 40 show up supporting; however, it is passed, as with you, a person learns there is no care for citizens' opinions.

When ever I attend one of their ridiculous speaking engagement I always take a list of questions I have asked along with their canned Reponses and try to get a straight answer but never have as yet accomplished getting one.

Our US Senators do not do public meetings. My House of Rep. Member does; however, you generally have to show the staff person what you want to ask this limiting the questions to what the prepared answer would be. Amusingly enough a friend wrote one question, showed it to the staff member, was called on and then asked an entirely different question which he had prepared.

It as yet doesn't happen here in what may be one of the last places normal people can still address our elected officials directly without staff interference and believe me often times they don't like it!
If they ever try to shield themselves like they do out your way there would be an uprising like this country has never seen. Out here these babbling i***ts still work for use unlike the Eastern Seaboard.
What is really pathetic is the none v**ers that let these i***ts in office in the first place are now waking up to their mistakes and want to initiate recalls. And they are in the works....

Must be nice. My congressman, who I feel is one of the good ones, (solidly pro gun, anti-Gang of Eight,v**ed against internet tax), recently held a well publicized town hall. Less than 10 people, including myself, showed up. I guess they had better things to do on a Saturday morning than meet with the guy who v**es on legislation that affects every aspect of their lives. If his v**e doesn't suit them, they are the first to b***h. Not TO the congressman, ABOUT the congressman. These are the same people who never call or write about any issues,(undoubtedly because they have no idea what the issues are), and who rarely v**e, but always complain, and it's never THEIR fault. Try pointing this obvious fact out to self-righteous, oblivious peckerheads, and see how far you get. They have the government they deserve. My problem lies in the fact that I have the government they deserve, also.

AuntE...some say fax, email ect. wont do much, but if each who feel this way do what we can. At least we are aware. I live in arizona in the middle of no where. I have been to the border more than once. Sat all night an watched, lines an lines walk across, with no slowing down. We call the border patrol, god bless them. In the dark here they come. Chasing, lines of who knows who. With large packs on there backs, carring you know what. Its dangerous for the border patrol and all the citizen living here. They catch them maybe, load them on a big aircondotioned bus. Windows blacked out. And go where. Ice wont or cant come.

Then forget the bodies found in the dark no where. In to the hold place, dead. No family to givr them names.

A friend who lives by the border has helicopters flyig over, looking for lost children, or wemon having babies in the brush. Off to the trama centers.

This happen daily. Not to even mentioned folk driving with no insurnce. Dont give me the crap, give them drivers licenses. No, I again say No worry of penalties.

Sad we have 2 senators on the gange of 8. Then there janet..

I am new at this place an posting. But I from home do what I can.
Go to numbers usa. They have given me information I can use. My 2 Arizona senators office probably no my voice. I am never rude, but let them no my disappointment in there..not my, gange of 8.
For 9 years, I have been aware of the border issues. Many more have for YEARS. Ranchers k**led, shoppers run over in shopping centers, by trucks of i******s. Daily terrorist issues everyday.
Terrorism, on our streets, how in the shodows.
Angry, dissappointed, helpless. Several familys cant leave there homes with out having a home sitter. They have come home from church. Found folkes at there kitchen table eating, there food, refreg. Open, these are t***h.

Forgot, janet says the border issecure. Remember all errors in this note are bushs fault.
