Hat Tip: Politico, 6 June, 2013: Holder testimony: ....

Sen. Mark Kirk (R-Ill.) added that he was concerned that data on calls by members of Congress and Supreme Court justices could have been swept up in the program. Holder said there was "no intention ... to spy on members of Congress, to spy on members of the Supreme Court."

Holder said he would be willing to provide more details in a closed hearing. [Emphasis added]

Well there you have it. If you all are comfortable with the t***h and voracity of Obama and the Obama administration, nothing to worry about. Otherwise, congress and the Supreme Court need to guard their flanks and arses, as the Obama Gestapo appears to be out in force.

I guess those people better start looking out. Today one of the Dems on the committee unloaded on some of Obama's people and who knows what may happen to him.

Trey Gowdy will be under their surveillance very strongly after this round of hearings. I am about ready to have him become the head establishment destroyer and maybe the one to follow Lindsay Graham in the Senate.

Quid Pro Quo, oldroy: Lets just cut to the chase. The Nixon enemy list was non-existent compared to Obama's gargantuan nation wide spy sweep of not only who he considers to be his enemies, but searching also for possible folks he might consider because of their views, to be his enemies. George Orwell's big brother Obama is hear and watching you and listening to your phone conversations and monitoring your e-mail communications. Like his national debt increase of Trillions, Obama's enemy list is Nixon's enemy's list on gargantuan steroids, Trillions times the magnitude of Nixon's. Just havin my say.

The original author of the Patriot Act says the government's "excessive" use of it to collect the phone records of millions of Verizon customers is an abuse of power.

"While I believe the Patriot Act appropriately balanced national security concerns and civil rights, I have always worried about potential abuses," Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner, a Wisconsin Republican, said in a statement.

"Seizing phone records of millions of innocent people is excessive and un-American." ....

And in a scathing letter to Attorney General Eric Holder, Sensenbrenner added: "These reports are deeply concerning and raise questions about whether our constitutional rights are secure. …

"How could the phone records of so many innocent Americans be relevant to an authorized investigation as required by the Act?"

Sensenbrenner's remarks came a day after London's Guardian newspaper revealed the National Security Agency had been collecting the records under a court order.

"This is a big deal, a really big deal," Sensenbrenner told Fox News, noting that the broad seizure of the call records was "never the intent" of the law.

He added that he may try to amend the Patriot Act before it expires in 2015 to prevent further alleged abuses. (Emphasis added).

Quid Pro Quo, oldroy: Hat Tip, Gingrich Productions, quoted in part, as follows:

"Of course these new disclosures are only the latest of an expanding catalog of deeply disturbing and, in certain cases, almost certainly illegal actions by officials of the federal government:

o months of lying about B******i;

o the IRS scandal which is now slowly beginning to reach into Washington;

o the report that the Justice Department secretly obtained extensive records on reporters' phone calls;

o the news that many high ranking officials have illegal secret email accounts;

o the EPA giving farmers names to lawyers;

o Secretary Sebelius pressuring companies to give money to get around congressional limitations.

When officials of a very powerful federal government behave in this way, why would anyone trust this government with their private lives?

Reassurances aren't reassuring after this much dishonesty and apparent law breaking."

Of course Newsmax and Fox are after Obama but he deserves to be hit and hit hard with some of these things going on. I remember how loud the progs were about Bush having the NSA listen to phone calls to and from known terrorists and here this man has all the cell phone companies doing the same thing for him on all of us. I don't see any way for them to bring him out of this one. No amount of lies from them can possibly get him out of this scandal.

Hey, I have a couple of links to some really good stuff from military men about B******i to get posted soon. When people read these things I don't see how they can allow B******i to be forgotten by our people or our media.
