By the time the next e******n comes around, and B****s go to the polls, they will realize that in Republican states, African- Americans had their political power minimized, in some states, the Republicans have made it as hard as they can for B****s to v**e. They will realize that the price of medications has gone down considerably, during the Biden Administration and so much more.
I don't know about Black people being dumbed down. I have for many Black, school administrators, and found them pretty damned smart, and some white administrators that should have become used car salesmen.
