Is anyone else sick and tired of hearing the word "diversity"? It is now used as much as the word "r****t" being flung around by those who really are the r****ts. Of course inclusion and equity have got to be part of the overworked words too but let us just stick with diversity. We know diversity is just another way to discriminate against W****s and intelligent Asians. It is also a great con job to start bringing in diversity specialists at huge salaries to take over our colleges with more l*****t positions and more l*****t propaganda. Let's quit talking about diversity and more about "competancy". We should have "Competency Departments" not Equity departments. I want the best not the dumbest to have the jobs. I want someone who can speak fluent English and not gibberish and street slang. I want to see clean, neat , mannerable people in all walks of life and not tattood from head to toe wazoo's with rings in their noses and snot running out of their nostrils being empoyed in jobs. Let's stop this diversity bs and start with moving the competent ones ahead no matter what skin color they are.
