Good point, China claims that area of the south China sea belongs to China but international law says otherwise.. where would we go to get a judgment on such an issue? never heard of challenge to international water anywhere else.

The Philippines went to the international court if law... UN... But China doesn't recognize the ruling...

Personally, I think building those islands was brilliant...
