Thank you for posting God's Spiritual Wisdom!

The Apostle Paul was inspired by the Holy Spirit in 53-54 A.D. to write in 1st Corinthians 2:8,9,10:

8: "None of the rulers of this age understood it. For if they had, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.

9: Rather, as it is written: “ No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no heart has imagined, what God has prepared for those who love Him.”

10: But God has revealed it to us by the Spirit. The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God."

Paul, in 1st Corinthians in the N.T., had paraphrased the Old Testament prophet, Isaiah 64:3,4,5, who prayed in the 8th century Before Christ came to earth, that God would send His Power to men in order that they could resist sin:

3: "When You did awesome works that we did not expect, You came down, and the mountains trembled at Your presence.

4: From ancient times no one has heard, no ear has perceived, no eye has seen any God besides You, who acts on behalf of those who wait for Him.

5: You welcome those who gladly do right, who remember Your ways. Surely You were angry, for we sinned.
How can we be saved if we remain in our sins?"

Our God does not change.

Thank you for expanding on that. Yes, God is the answer, the only one that can save us. I am hoping he thinks we are worthy.

We may not be worthy but He loves us nonetheless. And I mean EVERYBODY.

I am thinking He knows how miserably unworthy we are, and how completely incapable of working our way to Him.

Else, He would not have sent His Son to suffer and die in our place, to pay in full our sin debt - which each of us owed to Him, before He ascended back to heaven to ever make intercession for us, as the only Mediator between God and Man.

God would have instead, remained aloof from us in His holy heaven, and watched as we each tried and failed to rise to His heights, under our own power, and through our own imagined goodness.

Yes, men pray to him and ask for things but we must ask for his will
