There were legal arguments which Trump had that were being negotiated. The raid was for pure political effect and you know it. They knew what he had, had seen it but he insisted he had legal rights to it. The archive attorneys were working with the Trump attorneys to resolve it legally. Who ever ordered the raid was told to by who ever calls the shots for democrat politics in DC. They weren't even in the loop of the negotiations.
On the other hand, Biden has not one scrap of legal legs to stand on in his ridiculous document mishandling and you know that also. The only real mystery yet to be fully revealed is how these Biden documents are tied to Ukraine and China and the money being funneled to Joe from those countries.

You clueless oaf!! If a president decides to reveal something classified while speaking, he has literally declassified it with his mind. Documents are not the true issue, information is. A document is classified because of the information it contains. To be honest, whether a document is labelled classified or not is irrelevant. It is the information that the words classified are referring to. When information becomes declassified by a president, the document becomes obsolete.

The president can declassify ANYTHING at any time. It is legal for him to do so. What pat of legally do you not understand????
As for Biden, he was only the VP. He had zero powers to either possess classified information in document form nor did he have the legal authority to declassify the info on those documents.

As president, Trump has the legal power to declassify information. He also has the authority to share information with whomever he wants, including foreign adversaries.
