When he, a great President, was in office, I occasion to help people with. poverty levels. As I recall, there was a
one-page chart for everyone depending on how many family members there were. Today I spent several hours being bounced from pillar to post. Finally, someone told me they would send me a char if I donated to a charity I never heard of. I must have asked twenty times what the poverty level was for a married couple I know that earned $18,000.
