How About When A Muslim Business Owner Doesn't Want To Service A Christian...Because They Are Against Their Religious Beliefs?

How about "it is against my religious beliefs to serve an infidel"?

Christians better start paying attention to the concept of giving religious beliefs overstated power to discriminate against the civil rights of others...the religious beliefs of others are every bit as important as christian beliefs...

That is to say a person's religious beliefs don't give them any rights outside of civil rights and the law.

Ok, with me. Private businesses refuse to take certain jobs all the time.

Agreed. I once needed to have an X rated cake made. I went to the local bakery and specified what I needed, just shaped like a body part. The sweet old lady said that she couldn't/wouldn't do that. I told her I didn't think so, but did she know of any place that might. She directed me to that place and all was good. I accommodated her legitimate refusal and she accommodated my request for a referral. Everyone was happy.

Why do these asshole prissy f*ggots need to get so upset because someone doesn't want to partake, even remotely, in what they consider a sick perversion? It is a reasonable denial of service. If a referral is requested, do so if you can, and everyone walk away in peace. Be freaking adults instead of drama queens. Someone somewhere will accommodate you for the money. Why? Because they don't give a s**t of are into that themselves. And if no one will anywhere, maybe your needs are really to sick for humanity, or outright illegal. .

The question is where do you get the right to force someone to act against their conscience. You don’t seem to understand the issue whatsoever.

As a disciple of Christ, I am perfectly happy taking my business elsewhere if a private business didn’t want to serve me because of my faith in Jesus Christ. And I would say to them, “God bless you” with sincerity on the way out.

In fact, I would question someone’s understanding of the Christian faith if they didn’t agree.

Actually, we are taught to expect it and take it as a blessing. Christians simply don’t get their identity or affirmation by being socially accepted. We get our identity and affirmation from our faith in Christ.

Have you read the New Testament scriptures? If you did, you would know what I said is true and that the Christian scriptures warn constantly about false/f**e Christians giving Christianity a bad name.

I would bow my head, respect their decision and walk quietly out the door. What would you do?

Liberty Tree believes that Christians shouldn't put so much emphasis on their beliefs because the rights of others are more important than their Christian beliefs! Do you see how stupid that sounds? Just like saying that you don't have the right to believe what you believe in (your Christianity) because other people rights trump your beliefs! Next thing they will be telling us that we don't have the right to be a democrat or a republican, or smart or stupid, or blonde or redhead, and maybe we can't wear white socks, or maybe you can't say no to a v******tion because the president mandates it! Where does it end?

They should be able to turn down any business they want. Turning down all "infidels" if your in the US might be a great way to go out of business quickly, particularly if your competition is delighted to step in.
