They are still illegal anywhere but in county government buildings in AZ. But legality or constitutionality doesn't stop the Democrats or the elites of the Republicans. Our Secretary of State just certified our e******n. Not only has the final deadline of Dec 8 not yet been reached and certification just disenfranchised my whole county, and not only is it a conflict of interest for her to declare and certify herself as governor; it is unconstitutional for any official of the executive branch of a state government to certify e******ns unless the legislature gives that official the right to do so for that specific e******n. Yet e******n after e******n some states executive branch officials ignore our federal constitution and often their state constitutions and take it upon themselves to certify e******ns. Even doing so in opposition to certification by the legislature as happened in 2020. Pence threw out the constitutionally certified e*****rs v**es and read the unconstitutional illegally certified e*****rs v**es for a number of states.
